How Vialaika handles the information you submit through the enquiry form.
What we collect
The only information Vialaika collects is what a visitor chooses to submit: through the enquiry form on this site or by email directly. That means a name, an email address and whatever is written in the message field, typically dates, guest numbers and the route or yacht type of interest.
This information is used for one purpose: to prepare a charter quote and reply to the enquiry. Nothing is collected passively beyond that submission, and nothing is sold, rented or passed to third parties beyond what is strictly needed to process the booking, such as confirming availability with the yacht owner once a charter is agreed.
Data handling in brief
What's collected
Name, email address and the content of the message submitted through the contact form or sent by email. No other fields are requested.
Why it's collected
Solely to answer the enquiry, check yacht and date availability, and prepare a charter quote.
How long it's kept
Only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a booking follows, to manage that charter. Records outside an active enquiry or booking are not retained.
Access, correction or deletion
Write to Vialaika's contact email to ask what data is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
