The weekly format

This weekly yacht charter with crew gives you seven days of sailing or motoring the Costa Brava, with the specific yacht — sailing monohull, catamaran between 12 and 20 metres, or motor yacht — confirmed once your dates and preferences are set. Vessels are sourced on request from the fleet available that season, so tell us your party size and style of sailing and we match the boat to the trip.

Seven days is enough to work the full stretch of coast: the Medes Islands and Cap de Creus to the north, Cadaqués and the bays of Begur in between, with the itinerary built around wind, swell and your own preferences rather than a fixed script. Parties wanting to finish somewhere other than Palamós can extend the route down to Barcelona, disembarking there instead of sailing back.

A 7-day crewed sailing rhythm

  1. 01

    Embarkation at Palamós

Board on the first day at Palamós for a safety briefing and a run-through of the week's draft route.

  2. 02

    North to the Medes Islands

Sail or motor north to the Medes Islands for snorkelling and sheltered anchorages before working up the coast.

  3. 03

    Cap de Creus and Cadaqués

Spend a day or two rounding Cap de Creus and anchoring off Cadaqués, where the coastline turns rugged and the bays run deep.

  4. 04

    South through the Begur bays

Head back south through the coves of Begur, mixing swimming stops with time ashore in the villages along the way.

  5. 05

    Disembarkation at Palamós

Return to Palamós on the final day for disembarkation, with the route adjusted throughout for weather and your pace.
